ORLA already powers the front and back office of law firms across Victoria. ORLA Talent and ORLA Practice Sales grew out of that — recruitment, and firm sales, led by a licensed business broker and an experienced lawyer who actually understand the profession.

Our story

From running firms to growing them.

ORLA Legal Hub was built to give small and suburban Victorian firms the systems the big end of town takes for granted — client and matter management, phones, websites, a client marketplace, billing. In doing that, we ended up on the inside of dozens of practices.

That vantage point revealed two things nobody was serving well: firms that couldn't find the right lawyers, and principals with no plan for the day they wanted to step back. So we built ORLA Talent to bring firms the people they need, and ORLA Practice Sales to help them sell, merge or succeed their practice when the time comes — all under the one roof, by people who understand both the business and the law.
